Maestro Billy Overton

Maestro Billy Overton is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Notrevo Entertainment Group a global music publishing administration and licensing corporation headquartered in Louisiana and New York. Maestro is a music producer, multi -instrumentalist, conductor, composer and arranger. Maestro Overton is a retired military musician with 21 years of combined active duty service. Maestro served as a trumpeter /vocalist in the United States Air Force and Navy Bands. Maestro Overton served as Assistant Director and lead steel drummer with the One and Only U.S. Navy Steel band. Maestro is a graduate of the U.S. Naval School of Music and Louisiana State University. Maestro received a business scholarship from New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Foundation to study music publishing at Loyola University. Maestro Billy has been a featured performer on ABC Radio Network, Earth, Wind & Fire Drum Summit. Atlanta Gospel Choice Awards, Gospel Music Workshop of America and Bobby Jones Gospel on BET. Maestro is a seasoned music executive who is known in the music industry who operates in total transparency when negotiating on behalf of his clients.


Adrian Stone

Adrian Stone is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Notrevo Entertainment Group overseeing the daily internal operations for the Northeast Region. Adrian is a U.S. Navy Retired Telecommunications, Information System Veteran who served for over 21 years of honorable service. Adrian wears many hats and is known for having a keen eye and ear for talent. Adrian is responsible for talent scouting and overseeing the artistic development. Adrian travels and attends live showcases/concerts at clubs and venues to evaluate talent and match with potential audience tastes because he understands the artist and the artist lifestyle. Adrian provides comprehensive feedback on new music, reviews and recommends submitted/solicited demos as well as online material. Mr. Stone identifies new prospects and raises awareness of the Notrevo brand while maintaining knowledge of industry trends, development, and opportunities. Adrian also provided creative input and direction as the Fashion and Entertainment Advisor for Notrevo Entertainment Magazine.

Eugene Radcliff

Eugene Radcliff is the General Counsel & President of Legal Affairs of Notrevo Entertainment Group. A graduate from Loyola University School of Law with a Juris Doctor Degree, Mr. Radcliff was a member of Loyola's Moot Court; Who's Who in American Law Students; Associate Justice on the SGA's Board of Review; Secretary of The International Law Society, and received the Law Clinic's Gillis Long Public Service Award. He studied in Europe at the University of Vienna Law School in Vienna, Austria while simultaneously doing some post graduate work at Southern University at New Orleans, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Minors in Finance & accounting and also received the Presidential Excellence Award, National Dean's List Award, Most Outstanding Student Award, and graduated with the highest GPA in Economics. As a member of the Council of International Visitors, Mr. Radcliff contributed to international legislation regarding social security systems in Brazil and Italy, parliamentary laws regarding Aborigines in Australia; and collaborated with the Solicitor-General and Chief Justice of the High Court to comment on civil code law versus common law systems in Kenya.
